5 stars for 5 reasons 1. Home Depot had everything you could possible buy and more. Variety and options to choose from. 2. I came here for power drill and the price was listed as 179 but when I checked out it was 99 dollars. I knew it was on sale so I got what I wanted 3. Most isles were clean and accessible 4. Checkout isles were abundant and no wait time 5. I was helped by someone without asking for help which was nice.

Horrible service. I walked in trying to return a faucet I bought earlier. NOT ONLY did they ACCUSE ME OF STEALING they made me PAY TWICE for the item. So now I have an un-returnable faucet (which is fine) but I was HELD in the store and forced to PAY TWICE for the item. Genuinely ??? They do not want to listen to any logic or even lookup my receipts.

Wanted to acknowledge a real nice person, Donna, that helped me while I was in the Garden Patio section of Home Depot Germantown. I was busy loading up a cart with paver stones with bare hands. I really didn't mind doing this but Donna noticed this and gave me her very own gloves so that I could protect my hands while picking up the pavers. I thought that was very nice and a great example of excellent customer service. Hoping that store management can recognize her and many other helpful employees at your store.

A good choice to go to when you need tools and everything about home improvement. Well stocked , clean, and aisles easy to find what you need. Staff is friendly and take time to explain and help you what you need.

Stopped by today to return an item I had purchased. Quick and easy and I was on my way in less than five minutes. Cashier very friendly and quick to help me. If you need home repair, home improvement and seasonal items this probably has what you need. Pretty well stocked with good prices. Plenty of parking. In the past have worked with the paint department and they know their stuff. Great experience. Enjoy!
